Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your reservation, a written cancellation request must be submitted via email by the person named on the confirmation invoice or voucher. The date of cancellation will be considered the date on which Bestfares365 receives the written notice. Cancellation fees will apply as outlined below or as per the supplier’s terms, whichever is higher. An additional administrative fee will also be charged.

Cancellation Charges

• 28 days or more before departure: Loss of deposit only.
• 7 - 27 days before departure: 50% of the total booking cost or deposit amount, whichever is greater.
• Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the total booking cost.

Modifications

If you wish to modify your booking (excluding increasing the number of travelers in your party), a modification fee will be charged per booking, in addition to any applicable airline or supplier charges. Any additional government or airline-imposed taxes will be communicated before ticket issuance or re-issuance. Once a ticket has been issued, many airlines do not allow modifications, and any changes may require cancellation and rebooking at prevailing rates.
